Frank is Managing Director of Cheval M&A. He has been an investment banker for over 30 years, helping companies complete mergers & acquisitions, raise capital and navigate complex financial situations. Since the late 1990’s Cheval has been particularly active with Internet services related companies. During this time Cheval has completed over 700 hosting, IAAS, cloud and related transactions for a wide variety companies.

Frank is a board member and former board chair of the i2Coalition and board member and former board chair for the non-profit Alexandria Tutoring Consortium.
