CloudFest Event Application

If you are registered for CloudFest, you can download the app from the iOS App Store or Google Play.

Enter the email address you used to register for CloudFest, and you’ll receive an email to log in and set a password. Be sure to check your Junk folder if you don’t see it right away! (Note that only registered CloudFest attendees will be able to access the app.

Yes. Just tap on the attendee you want to meet, and hit the Request Meeting button. You can then schedule something that works for both of you. Scheduled meetings will then appear under the My Meetings section of your Profile.

You can chat with individual attendees using the Chat button under their name, or contribute to larger conversations on the Social Wall.

If you just want to be left alone for a bit, tap on your user pic in the upper right of the screen, select My Profile, and then toggle “Hide my identity” to the On position. Please note that this will make you invisible to everyone, which will seriously limit your networking reach!

If you’re experiencing difficulties with the app, you can hit the App Support button in the main menu, or ask someone at one of the Registration and Information desks.

(The number-one problem people experience with event apps is the login process, and 99% of the time they just have to log in with the email address they used to register!)
