The AI Hype is Over—Now the AI Business Begins
After a first round of headline-grabbing failures in AI deployment, how do you build resilient, profitable businesses around AI? This session explores where real margins are emerging, when it makes sense to use AI as an entry point for your other offerings, which AI services customers will actually pay for, and what separates sustainable AI business models from expensive experiments. Can—or even should—you even try to pursue AI as a profit center? And if chasing AI for margins is a folly, what’s the best way to deploy it so it works for you?

Sovereignty Starts at the Hardware Layer
Digital sovereignty is no longer just a European policy conversation. As governments, enterprises, and even U.S. states increasingly impose infrastructure, data residency, procurement, and AI governance requirements, providers are being forced to think operationally about where hardware lives, who controls it, how workloads move, and which customers require differentiated infrastructure strategies. Will you be a passenger, or can you grab the steering wheel?
